Grandmother's surgery

Postby itsjanet » Mon Nov 12, 2012 12:19 am

Hello, all.

Please join me in praying for my grandmother. My grandmother is having her cataracts removed tomorrow morning. She's a strong Christian, but these days she's having her faith tested. Please pray for her strength to be supported by our Lord.

During this brief time of knowing the people in this site, this prayer comes to my mind. "I thank my God every time I remember you. 4 In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."(Philippians 1)

Thank you,
Janet

Thank you all for your prayers. I noticed on Timothy's profile he uploaded Nick Vujicic's music video. Through his video, I saw how amazing God really is in His wonders. This man, Nick Vujicic, was born without arms and legs, yet God has given him millions of arms and legs through other people. Thanks, Timothy, for sharing the video. Getting to know our God is an amazing adventure, isn't it?

To all: Thanks for your love for our God and His people. My grandmother is recovering and doing well.
