Fish Fish Fish!!!
As you might have gathered I love fish. I have a 55 gallon upstairs a 20 gallon down stairs along with a 125 gallon that is waiting to be set up but, I can't because we want to remodel and part of the remodel is putting down flooring. If you anything about fish tanks a 125 gallon is nothing you want to move around. I also build koi ponds for people so of course I have a koi pond that I built which, has koi fish. The sound of the water fall is peaceful and watching the fish swim is relaxing. There are other bonuses such as they raise the value of your home. Anyways we have other pets such as we have a bunch of new born pups pure bread akc beagles that we are going to sell along with some bunnies. Even though all of our pets are loved I still get the most pleasure from my fish. By the way if anyone has or has had Discus fish let me know because that is what we are going to put in our 125 gallon tank. They are a lot of money and to loose one would not be cool we been on the internet trying to do our research so any helpful advice would be great.

Sounds wonderful! I had to look up Discus to see what they looked like. I had no idea fish cost that much!
I always dream of a koi pond. Maybe one day. Sounds like it would be good therapy for me and my family. Do you have suggestions on building one?

Re: Fish Fish Fish!!!
I used to have Cichlids in a 38 gallon tank that always looked empty until feeding time. I then had Parrot fish when they first came out as a new breed. Now I have a salt tank. Started with seahorses but the tank was too small... 20 gallon extra high with 10 gallon sump. So now I have a Clown Fish, Royal Gramma and Yellow Clown Goby.... had a Firefish but it jumped the tank
I also have two ponds... one is Koi with waterfalls 11x16, the other is small pond with fountain 3x4.
My house is for sale and don't really know if it brings the value up or not. We will see.
I remember when I worked in pet store, we would check person's tank real well before selling them discus. If I remember right, the water had to be real soft and ph high with no nitrates. They are beautiful but I like my salt and look forward to getting a bigger tank when we move so I can get seahorses again.
