There are different forums for different issues. Also there are different lessons.

cccc is generally a good place to start. However, if you were abused as a child, and have buried memories and certain other issues - it may be a bit intense for you. You might want to start on it - but when you get to forgiveness - you will probably need to divert for a while. But hopefully, by then you will have started a forum topic and will have gotten involved with chat and have found other studies.

If you go to site map above, you can find the studies. Like I mentioned, there are many of them on many topics.

Please make sure that you do not share anything identifying about yourself. That way you can share the personal things in your past. If anyone asks for your real name, first or last, or your whereabouts or where you went to school - then they are violating terms and should be reported. It doesn't happen often, but occasionally somebody new starts doing that. This site is a safe and loving place. Welcome.
