I am sorry that my daughter { somebodysangel } & myself have not been around that much over the last week 6/30 - 7/05 it was because we had a POWER OUTAGE and yes we were among those in the midwest that were HIT w/ a nasty storm and it was bad too ... I will try and share some pictures sometime soon.

We lost power on FRIDAY 6/30 and it was because we had 85 MPH winds and rain and hail that came and the worst part of it all was that my daughter and I were out in the mess and thank goodness for friends ... that took us in till the storm passed - and we were able to get home.

Anyway we had a GENERATOR going throughout the entire week to keep things cold ... in the freezer and frig. My husband had to take the entire week off !! And so it was 100+ for a few days and it was so HOT we stayed in the basement and slept ... so it was cooler here instead of our bedrooms.

But ... the POWER came back on yesterday afternoon and it was good too. And, so if we are MIA this week it is because we will be going to FAMILY CAMP ... Wednesday - Saturday so we will catch up when we get back ... So, I wanted to tell U all what was going on ... so have a great weekend !!

Hello ... We have been HOME from FAMILY CAMP for a week tomorrow night ... Well since we got back we have had a lot going on so I am taking a wee bit time off from some of my groups that i am one to get caught up with some other things around the house so ... please understand that I will be back sometime soon !! Just asking for lots of prayers for our family at this time ... so thanks much !!
