Today I am starting my chart. I believe this is going to be a big help to remind me to strive to accomplish my goals. It reminds me of my food tracker but its for my soul instead. I've stumbled a lot lately with tracking my food intake and have payed the price for it. Using the miracle grow chart will be a good reminder of the things I need to do including using my food tracker. I have to believe I can do this.
