This morning I posted on shout to a person and I had him mixed up with a another person on a different site. I am so ashamed of myself. I hope he comes to this site and will read my apology.

There is absolutely no need for you to feel ashamed , or any other negative way . I f you noticed , I had posted there as well , saying , "NO one can make ANYone feel any different than they choose . I have absolutely NO control over how others feel , think , or respond and react to things I say , or do , though my "actions" MAY be harmful , whether they are intentional or inadverdent , and yes , it is also true , that we all have the "right" to get angry , but , nevertheless , the choice is made by the individual(s) ONLY .

You did your part apologizing , and trying to set things straight , an obvious mistake , but however , a sort of action taken by another , especially when it is in retaliatory fashion , should have absolutely no bearing upon you .

May our Lord's Perfect will , be done

Jesus is true and faithful towards us.
As Christians we should love one another. As Christians we should not hold grudges and be in conflict with each other. The devil is our enemy not our christian brothers and sisters. We need to love and forgive.
More and more Love, deeper love, may Gods Love complete us.
The Lord will test our faith.
Do not feel ashamed, the devil is having a field day. Feel loved...

Thank you. I do not want to ever cause dissention anywhere. I hate arguments and will often just walk away rather than get drawn into an argument. I want to be a peacemaker and show Christ's love to everyone. In this instance the man was on a different site, arguing that homosexuality was alright with God and would not listen to what the scriptures the members quoted to him. I got him confused with Jason and I am ashamed of that. It sounded harsh and like I was judging him.

I want to say I saw the part of this on the shout box and just as I reached out to Jason I saw you apologized as well
there had to be more to this person's anger than just what you said by mistake.
maybe there was other confrontation with him and someone else and it all built up
REGARDLESS of what happened, you done as a Christian should on both sides of this issue,
1) you stated the facts of the bible
2) you were trying to reach out to someone you felt was following the wrong path
3) you admitted you may had made a mistake and asked for forgiveness and apologized

Grandma, you have only been here a short time but from what I saw before and what I have seen now, you have done NO wrong please do not allow this to stop you from reaching out to lost souls that come here in search of God's love through people JUST LIKE YOU!!!
