Day 6

Postby Debbie » Sat Jun 02, 2012 6:37 pm

I copied today's step onto my Kindle and read it while I was volunteering in the gift shop at the hospital. It was a good lesson. It's going to take a LOT of work to start turning my thoughts around, after-all I've been thinking negatively for 60 years now! Even last night I went to bed feeling down and isolated. I'm so so thankful that God has changed my husband so so much, and that he is so loving and supportive. And I pray and believe that he will soon accept Jesus as his savior too! I had a good day today, but am very tired now and ready to relax. God bless.
1 Thes 5:16-18 Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you ~ Debbie

Hello Debbie :)

God bless you this day.

You are younger than you think. :) God has given us a new life in Christ. We are to come to Him as little children -- child-like, not childish -- because that is how He sees us. You are only 2 years older than me, and He has taught this old dog many new truths...Blessed Truths, and my spiritual frolic has been restored. Thank You Lord \o/ \o/ \o/

Here is a cool song to listen to: Rich Mullins "Growing Young" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAkl02Gf ... re=related

Note: Unfortunately Youtube often plays ads before the song. Please, if there are any ads at the beginning of the video, disregard them.

God bless and keep you.
In Christ Jesus' love,
