Hi everyone!
I too am a new member here. I am a mother of two beautiful girls (ages 4.5 & 2). I am so glad i found this site....i came across this while searching for help dealing with what seems like depression, in a christian way. I am burnt out taking care of the kids and have become very depressed due to our current financial difficulties. I feel like i have lost all joy in life and i can't get myself to deal with life. I am constantly having inner struggles throughout the day. All kinds of thoughts badger me. I get few moments of relief but i feel drained from the struggling. I know i should cling onto Jesus....and i say i do but my heart is slow to follow. I don't have a lot of christian friends who would offer encouragement in a godly way. I feel so stuck in the world with such different standards that keeps me down and it has been so hard to come out of this rut. I am hopeful that i can connect with some of you as i strive to become a better Christ-like mom, wife, sister, daughter, daughter in law, and person. Sorry this is so long...
