Earlier today i felt burdened..a heavy burden that i can't explain..my heart was cracking

Things i have done in the past
and again now i had a choice..
1 to call a friend, to mail a friend
2 to think of something that could give me relief
3 to watch something that could ease the burden

but this time i rather closed my room and started to cry unto the lord. i said Lord i need you, resque my heart and give me relief.

I believe God is the right amount of ingredient for out heart, he can bring her everlasting joy. In the past i have learned that the only answer for my soul or for my worries and burden is God. It wasn't long ago that i learned God who breathed into our humanity is the right amount of input, the perfect amount of input into our emptiness and burdens.

One of the reason that God is our only satisfier is that he is the only source of our life, he is the first enterpreuner who let our existence. so, this premise being true he only can give rest to our emptiness and worries in difficult time.

With this understanding i humbled my spirit and flesh to kneel down before his presence..as he is my final and ultimate solution.

God healed my heart with Psalm 23 and Isaiah 40.

Isaiah 40, helped me to understand that Jesus 2000 years ago has paid for all the weaknesses or sin i have comitted. it gives me pleasure to understand that i am to recieve double for all my sin and that victory has already been proclaimed.

The holy spirit also reminds me that ''He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world''

by the end of my prayer i came to thank the lord for he is the only and only perfecter and satisfier of my soul..on one else or no experience can satisfy my soul..not with the technique of the world..i knew prayer is the only means to communicate our heavnely father for the ease and peaceful life we need.

Thank You for your post.. I too try to use many of the outlets that you talked of to help ease a burden; calling a friend, change my scenerey, try to watch an uplifting program. I was at the point a few months back that I'd get into a pit mood that it's almost impossible for me to bring myself to do any of those things. I started to pray again and I'm trying to grow my Faith to the point where I don't question id God is there or not. I struggle with Faith but I need God to heal...Reading your words encouraged me..

Sometimes we are overtaken by what we face and it seems that God is not there but the bible say's we walk by faith and not by sight. Even though I know what it say's and can qoute it,I find myself still wondering God where are you. Thank you for your post because sometimes we feel that no one understand's what we are going through. But there is nothing new under the sun.

Yes pouring from the right jag would give us the right satisfaction..our soul wonders often but like you said...yes we will walk by faith..

The one who said i will not leave you nor forsake you is faithful...
