i'm bck in the states, so i need 2 switch my time zone 2 EST. how do i do that???????

To change your time settings: At the top of the screen you'll see 8 Tabs, one the of Tabs says UCP (user control panel) click on that Tab, then once you've done that you'll see some more Tabs, click on the one that says Board Preferences...and you'll see where to change your time setting.
