I need help, please
i have lost sigt it seems of the Lord. i have lost the woman that i love because of my emotional lack of control. i take things personally when there is nothing to take. quick to anger when theres no reason to be angry. i dont think before i say things they just come out. she said that she doesnt want to babysit me anymore, that she still loves me but until i learn to grow up and be more mature she just cant be with me. i love her so much and i want to get her back in to my arms and life but i want to do it throughh Christ this time and live every day as him at our relationship center. if anyone can give me ideas on things to try to make myself a better man in Christ and my...issues that i have i want to change and be better man for the woman that i love.

Hello SeekingGod
God bless you this day. And, welcome to Christianity Oasis.
I am glad The Lord led you here, and you realized that you need healing for your anger. There are many wonderful studies here on the site, that were written by inspiration of The Holy Spirit, and each study leans heavily on The Word of God. Jesus Christ is The Word, and Jesus and/or The Word is Truth. The Truth / Jesus / The Word of God will set you free.
Here is a link to a short study on Anger Management: http://www.christianityoasis.com/Keywor ... gement.htm
I encourage you to ask The Holy Spirit to help you read it, and give you blessed revelation.
I also encourage you to partake of the 14 Day Study, called CCCC study, which stands for COOL Confidential Christian Counseling. On average, each Day's reading takes about 30-45 minutes, but the truths in the Study, if applied to your life, will bless you and your relationships for a lifetime. Here is the link to the 14 Day / CCCC Study: http://www.christianityoasis.com/CCCC/Forum.htm
Prayers are rising to our Lord in the name of Jesus, on your behalf. May God's blessed and perfect will be done.
God bless and keep you, SeekingGod.
In Christ Jesus' love,
Sister Mack

sometimes anger can be inherited if it was it needs to be broken.a good way to know how to be a better husband is in the word,it's food for your spirit.husband love your wives just as christ loves the church.love is patient, love is kind...you are at a battle with your anger and you don't want it there. the anger you have comes from the devil.but god has gives us righteous anger.one book i recommend is victory over darkness by neil t anderson, james dobson might have some books on marriage he has a website.don't give up ask your wife to help you and ask her what she needs.god bless
