Step 13

Postby tntchao » Wed Nov 09, 2011 9:35 pm

I like this step because helping someone is on my mirical grow project. It does put things in perspective when you help others. I would also like to praise God tonight. I was having a good night with my kids. I pick them up from school and was going to keep them until my wife was done with work. She asked me to keep them later because she had a meeting at church tonight. I suggested that I could keep them overnight(even though it was not my night) so she did not have to rush getting home. She quickly said no that even if she only say them for a couple minutes she did not want them to stay the night with me. This killed my mood for the rest of the night. I tried to stay positive since I still had time with the kids. I decided I was not going to let this bring me down and proceede to have a blast with the kids. About two hours later she called me and told me it would be better if I just kept the kids that way they were not up too late on a school night. I was very excited about this. I told one of my brothers in Christ and he said that is what happens when you let God do his work. I loved this statment because it was so true. God is truely working in my life and He is showing signs of breaking thru to Renae. This is so very exciting and my cup is over flowing with hope. Thank you Jesus for everything you are doing.

Brother, it is so true that when we are about our Father's work...reaching out to someone else with His grace, He is working in us and in our lives as well. Its also true that He knows your wife's heart, and is working in her, too. May His perfect will be done in all of your lives. Praying for you all.

In Jesus,
