Stepping stone #2
I hesitated coming back today. In this second step it says to: "let go and let God". I cannot begin to tell you how hard that is. For me, it's hard because I want to let go. I need to let it go just to keep my sanity, and yet, I always seem to pick it back up with worry about what could happen.
I'm so tired of the sleepness nights and stomaches.
Ok. I've gotten this far. Maybe tomorrow? I don't know. Today made me cry.

Sister in Jesus,
Crying isnt a bad thing. They are something cleansing. They are collected by the Holy Spirit. He's brought you here. He wont leave you. Let it out....
Picking things back up is where we struggle. Its those thoughts we are used to and as much as we hate them and want to let them go, it is where we are comfortable, because its what we know. Changing our thoughts is new to us. I read something one day that really hit home with me...its kinda funny, but at the same time, so true, too....and humbling....
If we walked around with a sign on our foreheads that showed everyone what our thoughts were, we would surely change our thoughts
This is what the Lord is talking about when He said, through Paul, to take our thoughts captive, casting down imaginations. This is where the battle begins. Trusting what the Lord says is what we have to decide to do. In the end, we do have a choice. Easy said, not easily done....but, He is our help and He has said that through Him, we can do it.
He's not gonna leave you in this. Keep fighting the good fight. Theres a strength in you that will carry you through. Lean on Jesus. Keep seeking Him in all of this. He has much to show you.
In Jesus,
love momo

Thank you, dear sister.
I am trying hard and I know that with God, all things are possible.
God bless.
