okay, can't find it. how do I retrieve a draft that I saved?
if it's simple I apologize in advance but don't see it anywhere

Hello Deetu

Up at the top of page, to the left of where it shows how many PMs you have, is the UCP Tab, click on that, and once you are inside that tab, to the left you'll see a column of choice, one is Manage Drafts, click on that and you should find your draft.
