didnt know it when i posted this yesterday....but gonna go see them in concert tonite at the Luis Palau cityfest *BigGrin*

God is amazing...last nite, my son was working a concert. He had no idea who or what the concert...or the cityfest was about ....only that he was gonna spotlight different bands. He asked me to go and when we got there the whole downtown area of Tempe was rockin with Christian music! This is a two day event and the main focus is on the young people and students of Arizona State University. The unofficial count in attendance was 8000 people and out of these....hundreds!!! made the decision to give their lives to the Lord and hundreds more were led back to Him! *JesusSign* As hands were raised angels rejoiced in heaven! It was so awesome to see...

Toby Mac was there and before he came out on stage the chant "Toby, Toby, Toby" turned into "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!!"

There were many many bands there last nite and there will be more tonite....

This is just one of the guys who was there last nite.....

God is so good and right on time *Cross*

ok, im a lil late in posting about the concert....

WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! I wish you all could have been there! Skillet, of course, rawked!!! *band* *band* *BigGrin*

and the drummer is a chick!!!! *BigGrin* (i secretly always wanted to learn how to drum like that *BigGrin*...and can only sound half way decent in the shower......... *Whistle*

anyway......the concert was awesome. the crowds of people.....God's children...was even awesomer. there are no other words to describe God's power and love and mercy..and the faces of those giving their hearts to Jesus, realizing they had been lost but are no more...the weights lifted off downtrodden hearts and shoulders...it was nothing short of awesome. We serve a mighty God..a living, loving, ever-present God, who loves us so very much its unbelievable at times..and i stand in awe of Him. *JesusSign*

love yous!!!!

in Jesus,
love momo *Halo*

Yeah Skillet is awesome I have albums Awake and Comatose and love them both. I am mainly into the harder stuff, like Death Metal and I love Living Sacrifice. My friend told me the other day it was disrespectful to worship like that and I just told him, "I don't like Country but I don't say it is disrespectful to worship that way." God doesn't judged based on how /hard/ our music is or even the lyrics, it is the "Thoughts and attitudes of the Heart" (please reference I used to know it)

The word of the Lord is living and active sharper than any double edge sword it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit joint and marrow. It judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

He began to get some energy and began to run some yet stay right by Harlow. As Harlow pointed out a shiny rock he picked it up in his muzzle and began to run around with it as if saying, 'Check out this cool item Harlow and I found.'
