Prayer for my son

Postby terresadawn » Fri Jan 28, 2011 12:41 am

My son is 13 and we were told Tuesday that he has a tumor deep in his head. It is behind his eyes and sitting on the brain stem. We know they will be doing surgery to remove it but we don't know when yet. Please remember him in your prayers. He is scared of course and needs God's peace and healing.

I'm joining in lifting up prayers to our Lord for your son, and for your entire family. May God's blessed will be done.

God bless and keep you, Terresadawn.

*Pray* I will keep your son in my prayers...what a scary thing to face. I know you are being strong for him...I will be praying for you as well. God is the great healer.

I am praying for your son.
There is a song that I gave to my daughter when she lost her husband this past summer that seemed to help her some with the fear of her future. It might help your son with the fear he is dealing with.
It is Kerri Roberts' "No Matter What".
Jesus loves us and knows where your son and you are right at this moment. He will be there with you No matter what.
Trust that God has this and will use it to His Glory.
Be blessed,
Dawn
Nothing else matters. It is all about Jesus.

I will pray hard for your son. Remember, everything is in God's grip. I personally saw HIM save the life of my just-born daughter on the operating table, after a birth gone badly wrong (not born breathing, cardiac massage required for several minutes). Though uncertain and painstaking, in those few minutes, I look back and know HE was never going to let anything happen to her. I will pray especially for you and your son, given that this is not a several-minute thing. May HE strengthen you all during this trial, and work through, and personally guide the actions of the medical personnel working with your son. God bless you.
