I dunno how this happened but apparently im overseeing the office party at work on thursday

Anyhow the bosses are catering the food, but I volunteered for dessert.

I need some ideas! nothing boring or too fancy or too messy or ice cream or common or anything like that. Its gonna be outdoors so nothing thats gonna melt.

Something fun! and festive! and yummy!

Suggestions appreciated.

Thank you!

ok! ive decided to do mini pineapple trifle cups

i dunno, i remember having this a long time ago at a relatives house, and it was super delicious. Im not exactly sure all that went into it, but there was cake, pineapple and whipped cream lol the rest i guess is according to preference *dunno*

Hey does anyone know if i have to soak the cake beforehand?

Gee, i hope this works out *Pray*

benny girl lol id rather a tried and true recipe than a random one. Some of those internet ones scare me.

BUT, i got drafted to get the present for my manager and I got home so late this evening that I knew i wouldnt have time to put into that, so i just ended up picking a cake up from the grocery.

Im really too tired to care right now :(

I wish i did cuz that trifle was flippin delicious.
