step 6

Postby tenaj » Fri Dec 10, 2010 12:55 pm

I finally completed step six. This is not going as I believed it would. I have not been doing the steps daily but I will continue until I complete all of the steps. I am trying to focus on god but it has been very hard with all of my family issues. Sometimes depression gets the best of me. I thank god for allowing me to have another day to try to get it right. I pray that each day I become closer to god. The miracle grow chart is wonderful. This site is awesome. Pray for me. Thankyou jesus.

Good to see you are sticking with the steps sis.*hug*

I can imagine the depression is difficult living in an environment that is less that kind and loving. Even during those times seek God and how He wants you to respond. It's difficult if you're not use to this, but does get easier if you stick with it.

Praying for you. *Pray*

Hi Tenaj,

God bless you. Its so funny how the enemy of our souls will throw stuff out there to take our focus off of what the Lord is wanting to do in us. Keep going, though. One day at a time. Resolve to keep your focus on the Lord through and in spite of every situation you see around you. God is bigger than these situations. He will grow you through them if you will keep seeking Him through them. He promised He wont leave you...keep seeking Him and know HE is right there with you.

In Jesus,
love momo *Pray*
James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.
