Greetings friends and fellow Christians,

There have been some members wondering about this year's C-O-O-L Christmas Events.

We will be having our annual C-O-O-L Christmas Chat Programs for seven days leading up to Christmas day, including Christmas day itself (December 19th - 25th)

However, there is a time period before this week of C-O-O-L Christmas Chat Programs where the C-O-O-L Christmas Event coordinator (Lizzie) creates a post within the forums and asks those who feel led by the Lord to host a chat program to add a post indicating intent, so the planning procedure can take place.

This planning procedure usually takes a few weeks to have it all sorted out, times and dates organized, the new Christmas calendar created and all that fun stuff that takes place behind the scenes to prepare for such an event.

Now, this does not mean that you should not be pondering and praying on what YOU will do for the Lord during this most special event created to bring glory to the Lord and it sure does not mean you should not be getting fired up for the C-O-O-L Christmas Chat Programs events.

In addition, if you have any ideas for this years C-O-O-L Christmas Gatherings, be sure to let us know.

Let's make the 2010 C-O-O-L Christmas Gatherings the best thus far, which will be quite a task cuz the others were FUN-tastic.

Hi Oasis family.

As O said above, we will be having our annual Oasis Christmas Event this year from December 19th to 25th. One whole week of festivities.

For our newer members who have not experienced previous Christmas events, this is a wonderful and Spirited time of fellowship where the regular Chatroom Calender is replaced for that week only, with a special line up of Christmas programs in honor and celebration of the Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

If you have an idea for a program please let us know by either posting here on this thread or via PM. We welcome all suggestions and input. This is, after all, YOUR gathering. Help us make it awesome.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the same.

Hello again.

As per previous post, our annual Oasis Christmas Event will run from Dec 19th to 25th in the chatroom starting from 8pm and ending at 11pm Est times.

We are currently seeking dedicated and spirit filled hosts for some of these programs.

If you are interested in hosting a program and feel called to be a part of this blessed event, please let me know and I will send you the Christmas Calendar and program listing for you to look at.

Please note that no experience in the same is required, all, new and older members, are welcome. For first time hosts who may be unsure as to how to prepare or host a chat program, I will work with you and send you guidelines and if required, do practice runs in chat, to make sure you are comfy before the date of your program.

All that is required is a willing heart to serve the Lord.
