The Day

Postby jamisfaithnjoy » Fri Jul 23, 2010 1:19 pm

Yesterday is gone so I'm not going to type about yesterday..Today..So far,good..Got up the first time around 6:30 when davey gave me the morning kiss on the cheek before he left for work.I fell back asleep but only til 7:50 am or so.Once I get woke up,I have a very hard time usually falling back asleep.Probably why Im a bear sometimes when I get woke up.I can get by on 5-7 hours of sleep but I prefer it interrupted for the most part.Today's heat outside is turning out to be just as hot as yesterday.Oops!I said I wasnt going to mention yesterday basically.Well,I have to to have today's weather to compare it to.Anyhoo..somebody here locally(could be dave, judy or?)said today's supposed to be the hottest day this year so far.Well,I dont know if it's hormone imbalance, some female thing or just the fact that yep,it may just be the hottest days yet but yesterday was the first day this year I could not stand to be outside for longer than 3 minutes approximately at a time.I just went out to hang my laundry and came right back in the house.Usually I'll run in and out getting stuff done all day.Not yesterday and it doesnt look like today either. The heat doesn't bother me.It's that humidity, ugh.I dont think I even want to know how many lives scorching heat claims during the summer.Unless you stay indoors with air running all the time and stay hydrated with water,etc..you'll probably sweat to death or at minimum be utterly bored if you like to be outdoors as I do.We have a small pool but I took it down 2 days ago because no one ever gets in it anymore. One hangs on the net all evening. One's usually out and about, which is good. And I would love to have someone to hang outdoors with me around here and play frisbee or just do whatever.Well,I gave up on that pretty much around here.People are set in their ways and I really dont care to hold out hope they'll ever change much.So Sammy told me his friend's mom would basically like to be friends with me and I wanted me to stop down.I guess she sits around her house bored alot also so i went down there for a bit yesterday afternoon.Once Dave got home,we ran to pick up the washer and then the dryer. We took Tony(Sam's friends's basically step-dad) with us to help load the washer. On our way back to this area,a baby deer ran out infront of the truck. No way we could've stopped in time. The truck bumper tossed him pretty far and Dave just kept on driving but Tony yelled,"STOP!" Then Dave finally stopped and Tony jumped out of the truck to see if the baby deer was alright. It very surprisingly didnt have a cut or broken bone.Tony then grabbed it up and proclaimed,"ive always wanted a deer".He meant for a pet.Dave started making sarcastic sick jokes about killing it and whatever.Just being his normal self.I did look at Tony and said,"See what I married?"@heartless and negative. So anyways,we drove back to here@Wheatland.Took the deer in Tony's house and his companion,Judy, was not thrilled, lol. But her son quickly got attached to it when he came in but then took off.We came back here to unload the washer then went onto the fair to pick Sam up.Came back here and Sam went down to see the deer. And I dont feel like typing about the rest of last night. So today,Sam was down there and called me and said Judy wanted me to come down for coffee so I got up and around and went down there. She said the boys,Sam and Ronnie, ended up sleeping with the baby deer between the two of them last night,awwww...And she's growing attached to it and said she hoped Tony wouldnt actually kill it when it got old enough. She said Tony does have a soft spot sometimes so maybe he won't.They called a vet and found out what kind of milk they have to buy to raise it.I came back here and looked online different sites for deer and how to take care of them.Wrote some nots down then took it back to her.Came back here and ate lunch and now Im getting ready to hang a load of laundry out and go back down there.it's so boring here with no one to talk to and in the evening, not much changes.I dont know how long it'll last for, friendships but it's good to be around people that have a semi to positive side and can laugh and not at just mean or sick stuff. And if ever the people I hang with start becoming just like that,I'll leave that too.I dont need idiots in my life.I can do idiocracy on my own.Surely dont need others help..Ok,have to go for now. That's the recap of my day so far. This evening,we have to run to Dave's mom's to get the car back.Thank goodness because he has a thing for fillign the tank all the way up and that about runs us broke everytime. But some things change and some stay the same.In any event,I'm going to live for the Lord and be happy. With or without whatever. The Lord will always create a better way if I look for it,pray for it and am open to His word, not man's,Thank goodness it isnt man's because I'd be more msierable than what I get sometimes. That's all.Peace, love and God Bless everyone.Have a safe weekend too. Love y'all

Update-The Deer

Postby jamisfaithnjoy » Mon Jul 26, 2010 2:46 pm

The baby deer died sometime this morning between 5:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.He gave it a pretty good fight and looked like he would pull through with no problem actually until yesterday afternoon when my friend noticed his breathing was becoming labored.I later noticed when he would lay down,he'd just let his head drop extended which he had never did before. She last checked on him about 5:30 a.m. and found him around 7:45 a.m.It's likely that he died from internal injuries sustained from the accident.Whether it's "allowed" in some states and homes is to debate as I've read many different articles and deer sites so I wouldn't rush out and get you a deer as a pet(you was going to go get one today I bet *laughter* )but just the few days that little deer was around was pretty heartfelt.I,many times, told my friend the deer's demeanor, even injured, was so loving and loyal, almost as if the "perfect dog".So that's that.No more "Baby",as his name was but wherever deers go when they pass, some other deers will be happy to have him as a playmate.(if they go anywhere. Not sure on that one)...God bless everyone and hope you're going to church and if you're sinning you repent.Hey,if I gotta do it,y'all have too to,lol..Just joking:)I like our new offline church just fine so far and if it ends up like all the others someday,well..I still have my Bible,God and Jesus theirselves and waking up with a new breath every day to talk to God and spend time with Him..Oh yeah. And me and Sam camped out in tents last night down at our family friend's.It took me awhile to get to sleep,as I havent been inside a tent in ages and am scared sometimes of enclosed areas but after I finally dozed off,I slept really good@woke up feeling fairly refreshed and relaxed..Peace and love, bye for now Jami
