I just did step ten but still having trouble with the fear. I don't know if it's because of a root, But I'm uncertain too about going to NJ from Fla to see my kids. I need prayer very badly for my mind.

John...fear is like worrying...thinking of all the things you can imagine that will happen...and 90% of the time they never happen...so what happens when we are in fear? We tend to stop in our tracks. But...Jesus does not give us the spirit of fear...that comes from the enemy...so time to really start leaning on the Lord...trusting Him...if you are in fear...it's because you are trying to stand on your own...you have to let God help...turn it over to Him....and He will be there.

I'm in New Jersey, John... not such a bad place

Sometimes the enemy wants to hold us back and that is where the fear comes in too. Puts doubts on how we will be received and puts all these thoughts of disaster in.
When you get those thoughts, tell them to leave you in Jesus' name
Then rethink toward the Lord
