Hi jay,

Just wanted to pop in and drop a few lines.

One thing i have learned is that patience is gained by learning through experience. Not one of those free for alls if u catch my drift ;)

I still got alot more learning to do, although i dont like to admit it, but Lord knows i need it.

I think u are doing great!

God bless
Jill

Don't forget to come back often and refresh.

Been doing studies on anger. I never was an outwardly angry person and have always tried to be slow to anger. At times I could feel anger start to well up inside but would never let anyone know. Usually in a little bit of time it would subside. I also wondered why certain people around me would always want me to "let your anger out". Anyone who knows what I am talking about should definitely read the anger study in this site. It really puts things into perspective. Love ya all, Lets keep prayin. Doing better and better.

love ya all,

I understand about the anger thing J.
Any time I've ever let my anger out I've hurt someone and regretted it.
Glad to hear you are still learning and growing. God never gives up on us.
Prayers remain. :)

Yes, your right. The few times I took this (I would say) bad advice, it never did anything good. It did the opposite. It was even strange for the ones that said to let it out and then I did, they got angry back at me. I can't see how this does any good. I feel mostly I get more angry with myself than any other person. This is what I am working on the most. Weed this out. Love ya all.

I tend to not anger easily...but when I am angry...I usually do one of two things...keep it totally to myself...or speak what's on my mind. I'm doing less of the speaking what's on my mind...and doing more giving it to God...it sure makes a difference.

Keep studying JQuad.

luv ya
