Step 7 - I am empowered to denie the lies

Postby Vkmama » Fri Apr 30, 2010 6:53 am

It's been a long road. I believed lies, destructive ones. I blamed everyone else for what I believed. Now I admit I allowed them in. They have led me to a dark place. I can't change other people, but I can change myself and how I think. No matter what I've done, I can start now to change these things. I'm pulling the lies to the light and casting them out. One at a time.

Please pray for me that I will have discernment and protection from Satan's lies. He used my love for God and belief that it was okay to do or say the things I've said and done and that God would forgive me. But the lie that it is okay has really caused a domino effect.

I was blind...but now I see...when we are finally able to see the Truth...from all the sugar coating the enemy pours over his sneakiness...then we are better equipped to fight off the enemy and his wiley actions...where he is always trying to throw us in to temptation. Just know that God is bigger than the enemy...and the enemy can't win...we know the enemy is going to come along and we can't avoid the fight...so might as well be in the fight to win...and winning is through Jesus.

luv ya sis
