So the temptations are trying to dig their claws in today...well grab your sword(the Word) and your shield(Jesus) and fight the good fight...

Refocus your thoughts...as the temptations come by planting thoughts into your mind...change those thoughts and place them on good things...sound things...things of Him.

yep, i agree with what mlg said. The tempter is gonna tempt you. Get yourself busy doing something for Him...read His word, sing to Him, take a walk and spend time with Him...taking your thoughts off the idle time and temptations..and placing them on Him.

sis, if you keep allowing the enemy to tell you you cant, and believe it, then.............

but, You can do all things through Christ who stengthens you. No, its not easy.....choose....one minute at a time..and fill your mind with other things...things of the Lord.

Dont say you cant.......on your own you cant.
say...Through Jesus' strength, I can. He lives in me. And get busy doing something else that will replace those thoughts with Him. He loves you, ya know? He loves YOU.

love you girl..you gotta learn to live loved..cuz you are...and there is no fear in perfect love of Jesus. Keep seeking Him...and choose daily to throw out those thoughts that tell you that you arent loved.
