Day 8

Controlling my thoughts. Before I started this step, I was having alot of trouble with this. But step 8 gave me the determination. I will not turn the leash of my mind and spirit to the enemy. And now I can understand why I make mistakes, Romans 7:15-25. God understands me. That is an awesome revelation to me.

Isn't it just awesome to know that Jesus understands. I mean He really does...He knows you and He cares.

Controlling your mind...is important...in step 8 there is a chart that shows how to do this...with the negatives on one side and what to replace those negative thoughts with...and I must say sis...it works. I've used this chart many times when the whispers of negative thoughts are strong...and the chart has helped change the direction of my thoughts, when replaced with thoughts that counteract the negative ones.

You can do this.

we talk ourselves into believing what we think. He created you..He knows us intimately. Before He created you, He knew you and had a plan for your life...knowing each and every step you were gonna take. Its all about His grace...and His love for you, His child. Loved with an unconditional love from before He created you.
