this is the day that the LORD has made,

i will rejoice and be glad in it.
when i look at my dear husband, i am often reminded of GOD's words to isreal in isaiah 54. HE says that i will remember my shame no more. for it is shameful for me that my husband is not pleased with me. HE said he would be my husband, thy maker is thy husband, the LORD OF HOSTS is his name.
HE said that HE has called me as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit.(boy ain't that the truth) as a wife of youth when thou was refused. that's prolly one of the hardest things to deal with; the rejection, as a wife and as a woman.
but HE promises mercy. there is hope in all this. HE comforts me with the promise of mercy that are endless. but with great mercies will i gather thee. with everlasting kindness will i have mercy on thee.
as i go thru this day, i pray dear LORD that this promise remains at the front of my mind. that thru the power in your WORD, i can endure whatever the world and the enemy throw at me today, and i can be a blessing to those around me.
