hey foreverb,

God bless you, sis. one day at a time. you can do this....you can do all things through Christ. Change from within comes from the Lord..we cant be in the presence of the Lord and not be changed. He is just that way. Be honest with Him and with yourself. You can do this. Ive seen alot of changes in you since ive known you..you may not see em, but He is within you..and He loves you. Looking forward to walking these steps with you...and He is right there with you.

forever open up and be honest with yourself here. You can get alot out of these counseling steps by applying yourself. Yes I know that we feel safer when we are hidden. But what are we safe from...how can we grow when keeping the walls up?
I too am so glad to see you doing the steps again. Be open, Be honest in the end I know that you will be glad that you did. What have you got to loose?
