day 9
this step will be a little harder for me. as i am a smoker and i have tried to quit before, but i know that with the help of the Lord i can do it. i kknow that allthings are possible through our Lord and Savior. .
I also need to stop cusing wich again is not easy sometime the words just come out and i on't even think about them latley i have been getting better. i use to use the "f" word in almost every sentence as many times as i could now i can't remember the last time i used it.

Steph...all things are possible with God...you can do this. No it's not going to be easier...but if you really want to...and really try hard...then you can do it. Keep us posted on your progress.
As for cursing, I too was one that used to do this a lot...but I have worked on controlling my tongue...and it is a rarity that I use words not pleasing to God...not to say I don't fall at times...cuz I do...but I really try not to.
Keep pushing through the steps.
luv ya

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

I too noticed that the curse words came less and less frequently as my walk continued. Something you can try is to substitute a different word... it makes you laugh so you catch yourself sooner.
It is better to light a candle then curse the darkness
No fear... just freedom
