was pondering on this more today...
[Isaiah 23:10] PASS THROUGH THY LAND AS A RIVER, O DAUGHTER OF TARSHISH: THERE IS NO MORE STRENGTH.
Your strength will no more serve you: therefore flee to other countries for comfort.
Pass through - Tarry no longer in thy own territories, but flee through them, into other countries, for safety and relief.
This is showing me unchartered waters, get away from trying to fix things on yr own or with yr own resources. Dont be afraid to go through unchartered waters.
As a river - Swiftly, lest you be prevented.
