Easey does it, my friend. Being in middle school is a hard time. truth is you're probably doing great. Just keep praying and hanging with God. He'll help you mature and heal through the insanity of Middle school and junior high. That's a really hard time on kids. your bodies are changing sooooooo much. everything is changing.

Don't worry about the weight, hon. just gotta trust me on this one. Let your goal be learning how to take care of your body the way God intended for it to be taken care of: exercise, sleep, eating properly - vegetables, fruits, not so much on the fat foods chips, pizza etc. These 3 things you will need to remember and use for the rest of your life actually. You'll be very surprised how much you process the stress of things once you are in better balance. Many adults miss this important bit of info due to the business of our responsibilities.

Blackbailey, if you can please try journalling. I've titled my journal Dear Lord That way it is my time alone with God. I can be honest with what I'm feeling etc. I have kept a journal since 1988. It does help me alot. Maybe this will help you. If not, you can find another way to express your thoughts and emotions to God whether through art poetry sewing or whatever is your preferred method. The goal is to keep all that you do focused on communicating what you are feeling and athinking to God. That will be your outlet.

I will end for now as this is alot. If you would like keep posting I am more than willing to pray for you. I would like to do so, actually. And by the way, I'm not giving you just some infor or tips i read somewhere. These ar ethings that worked for me when I wnt through hard times in college. It really helped me then and I still use the same ideas to help me now.

thank you for being willing enough to be transparent here ansay what you are feeling.
