Day 13

Almost there! Worries? Some. Hopes? Lots.

I found a place in my area that also offers free Christian counseling. My wife and I went the other day and it was okay. We have to get a lot of things out. To be honest, I'm don't know how I'll make it through this time without it. I'm going to continue when time get better, also. It's just that these times really define you as a person and it brings out the good, bad and the ugly.

One hopeful thing though. A job became available in my district yesterday. I'm hoping to try and interview there so that I can at least get back to teaching and recovering. Yeah, praise God! :) The only problem is, well, my wife won't let go of moving... I'm praying we work this out in counseling, though. My thinking is this. First things first. Let get back on our feet, take care of bills, depts, and see what God has for us in doing this. None the less, God's will be done. It's just that hearing about that job gave me a glimmer of hope. I feel better just knowing that it's there. Those types of jobs just don't open around this time of the year. Blessing? Who knows. It's hope for me.

Thank you all. The fellowship is nice here. You've all been a tremendous help. God Bless. Almost there.

God is good :) Praise be to Him.

So happy to hear you are filled with hope :) Hold on to that, knowing that God hears your every cry, your ever prayer, He sees the frustration and desperation that we wouldnt dare show to our closest friend. God knows it all and He is still in control :)

Its wonderful to see that you and your wife and going to the counseling TOGETHER. Thats how married folks work... as a team. May not know exactly what will come of it, but the mere fact that you both are willing to do this shows love for the other and a desire to rebuild and heal the relationship.

Keep seeking Him brother. He will lead you into His perfect will.

Blessings to you always *hug*

Hi

Postby realtmg » Fri Jan 15, 2010 10:44 am

Hi,
Just want to share my experience as God has allowed me to learn.
There have been things occur in my life that I simply believe there was no possible way around it nor any good could come from it.
I mean.............. NO Light at the end of the tunnel!
God wanted and wants me to trust Him. After I did....... things come out of the woodwork. The light begins to shine at the end of the tunnel.
It all has to do with faith and trust in Him in which knows best.
As for me, I just have to live as best as I know how and know that He is in control. He does love us you know.
He has allowed me to learn to be patient and wait on Him. Not easy at times but it helps my faith grow.
Faith in Him is pleasing to Him.
Keep plugging away as I pray you see Him working in your life daily.

GBU
