I'm happy that you know that God loves you. That will be the streangh for the journey. I am sure that God will use you to bless so many people. I think that sometimes we have to seek healing so many times. I thought I was okay until a few days ago...that's how I wound up on this web site. I realized that I was really ignoring a lot of issues. So I know that God loves you and he wants to heal you and he will.

effective prayer..wow another good topic and really good stepping stone.

most times..i didnt talked in my prayer.. love to just being quiet in His presence..letting Him to fulfill my heart with His love..listening to His heartbeat..

yea..it happened to me when i didnt know what to say..to know the Holy Spirit will intercede for us is really awe..thank you

to know more the Three of them really make me smile..

there s one preacher that day..sharing about prayer too..that God already knows what we need..when talkie to Him..not only for asking..but to have an intimate relationship with Him..

to find quiet place to comminicate with Him..for me..He talks thru the nature.. clouds..wind.. i love to gaze in the sky and communing to Him..its in the breath..something deeper..

weird place..when i took my bath..that was the time i talkie to Him too..i dunno why..simply found m yself talkie about what matters that concern in my heart..

i remembered..was concerned bot my brother and his family..prayed a simple prayer..trusting that God will bless them..and today..His blessing upon them is tremendously more than i cud have imagine..the key were..trust and believe..

thank you for this stepping stone..really helpful on how it can improve my prayer..still working on it..

There are so many times i get lazy in praying..i will fall asleep without spending that time with Him or start my day in a footrace with things i gotta do that day and wow..how empty i feel. Yes, the Holy Spirit is interceding too...and its awesome to get back into that time with Him, allowing Him to refill my spirit.

wooooshh woooshh..today is step 11..surrender..i thank you Lord on how He teached me to surrender..in His creative way..a.k.a the hard way..surprisinly..when the tough gets going..it leads me to Himself..and i began to see things clear and clear..something want to come out from me..yet it in His timing..slow and steady..just got back from swimming in the river with my dad, mum, lil bro and nephew..we had a great time..this time not dipped the legs only but the whole me ..the water..white..clear and cold..the best time was, when my nephew started to splash the cold water at my mum ..with his lil hand... then we all too, splashed the water at each other..His joy flowed thru my lil nephew...blended with the green forest..the clear blue sky and the sounds of the flowing river..few days ago.. spent time talkie with my granpa..it was awesome..and happy as the love of God flowing to him..that's what he need..oh Holy Spirit..once again surrender to u all of it..

sla, I'm sorry I missed ya the last few days...but wow your already to step 11...surrender...wow give it all over and hang on to none of it...what an awesome release that is sis...to be able to do that...really gives you the butterfly wings that you need to fly as high as you can But often this can be so difficult...it's as if we are afraid to truly trust God with everything...but if we would just do so...then He will provide the answers the steps and the directions and we can just hang on for the ride.

did i fall...yes many times..i remembered..few years back..during Christmas day..sitting in the kitchen..without no peace and joy in my heart..beating myself up..in my mind..questioning of why did i do what i did..and why did it happened..all in all..one of the lowest moment..couldnt see the light even..wanted to end my life it was in my thought..yet..i realized i just couldnt do it..its amazing how i could moved on up to this point in my life..by the grace of our loving Father..thank you..yes..its You who pulled me thru the darkest hour..not a good place to be..when i looked back..its Him who led me here..to find the path of healing..that was when i began to feel joy and peace that i long for..and getting bett er and better..somedays, sometimes, some mon t hs.. were down and low..fall again..stucked for while..eyes off focus..im sooo thankful for today..for this path..its all work for good purpose..im thankful for everyone here for your support..its meant a lot for me..thank you for teaching me..to GET UP..yes,, i see now..of how..to be aw are at all times..of the enemy's lies..how to fight back..leaning on Jesus..in the arms of the Lord..

yesterday we went for picnic..had a great time..enjoying His beauty..the river..the rain..forest..rocks..and fishieeee yayyy lots of them in the water..they welcoming us when we arrived..swimming near us..they didnt afraid of us..i sat on the river bank yesterday..pondering on what have been shared here..oh yes mlg..always its been difficult to trust Him with everything...pondered on that too..like..ok ..now im flying..where will God t ake me next..i need His guidance and following His light..im trusting on He wud do great things thru me..im excited..on the riverbank..watching the river flow..thinking of it..

tomorow we will going back to our place..leaving the home village..awww feel like being only one day here..gonna miss ed the river..

yes the rivers are cold here too..

yesterday..i didnt yet dipped da whole me in the water..till we finally want to go back home..t hen..i doooshhh in the wa t er .. its colder coz was raining in the afternoon..went by car..took an hour to reach.. got back home..back bit hurt last nite..maybe too long exposed in the cold..early this morning i heard..cucckoooo woahhh its the rooster waking us up...he cuckooing under our room..awww then he cuckoo again..

on the way back..there was a bigggg deer was crossing the road..dad told us..they like to go out from the forest and eating grass by the road..then we saw..hornbill too..a big bird that usuallly found in borneo..

on the way to the river yesterday..my nephew who was sitting at the front..turn his head back and looked at me up to down..suddenly he say..u are small..and grandma is bigger my niece used to wonder too..why im smaller than my other siblings.

You know when I think of falling down...I think of the time as a child that I was learning to ride a bicycle...I climbed on and my parents would push me and say pedel, pedel, pedel...but what they forgot to tell me was how to steer the bicycle and I'd hit a bump and down I'd go...but what was so cool is when I'd fall...mom or dad would be right there to dust my knees and hands off...patch me up and encourage me to try again. God is just like that...when we fall down He picks us up and says go and try harder next time
