Tuesday 17 May
9:20 AM- Porridge with 2 Tablespoons Raisins and Cinnamon, 2 Small Plums
12:00 PM- Banana Custard Yogurt
1:30 PM- 2 Rye Crispbreads-1 with Cheese, 1 with Chicken Tikka Sandwich Filler
4:00 PM- 1/2 Slice Pepperoni Pizza, 2 Fairy Cakes
7:00 PM- Jalepeno and Monterrey Jack Cheese Burger, Crispy Potatoes, Baked Beans, Coleslaw
8:45 PM- 6 Peanut Butter M&M's
12:50 PM- Lemon Sponge, Doritos
1:20 AM- Vanilla with Dark Chocolate Yogurt
Throughout the Day: 2.5 Litres of Water

Hmm...if I had gone for the yogurt before the Doritos and sponge I might have skipped them altogether. I had planned on having the one fairy cake...should have tossed the one that got messed up instead of eating it. I supposed the sprints I ran with the boys might make up for some of it though...I was kinda proud of myself...didn't do too badly for someone so unfit. Keeping up with two teenage boys is tough work! We got home and somehow one of them decided to see if he could make it from the second story to the third without using the stairs. Of course when they both managed I had to try too. I am happy to say I did it! Felt a bit like a monkey climbing the banister, but it was all good fun! I am going to miss my Peter collection next year!!

Wednesday 18 May
10:10 AM- Porridge with 2 Tablespoons Raisins and Cinnamon, Banana
11:45 AM- Fairy Cake
1:40 PM- Pasta Arrabiata, Peach, Sugar Free Lemon/Lime Jelly
3:45 PM- Apple
4:15 PM- Barbeque Mini Rice Cakes, Tea
6:40 PM-Jalepeno and Monterrey Jack Hamburger Patty with Cheese, Crispy Potatoes, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, 1 Piece of Chocolate
8:45 PM- Lemon Sponge, Cinnamon Tea, 2 Jaffa Cakes
10:30 PM- Cinnamon Tea, 2 Servings Nutter Butter Cookies
12:50 PM- Honey Sunflower Bread

Decided to take a break from all the job hunting. I took my laptop downstairs so I could keep an eye on my email and watched a film. A few too many snacks during the film, but I think the 'stopping' did me a bit of good. My mind wasn't whirling just as fast when I woke up this morning. Now if I could just get my teeth to unclench.

Friday 20 May
10:05 AM- 1 Cup Cereal with Milk
11:45 AM- Banana
1:10 PM- Spicy Pumpkin Soup, 2 Rye Crispbreads with Chicken Tikka Sandwich Filler
1:45 PM- Cinnamon Tea, 1 Serving Nutter Butters
2:50 PM- 6 Peanut Butter M&M'S
6:00 PM- Thai Meatballs, Thai Rice, Peas
6:50 PM- Hot Fudge Sundae Cake
9:00 PM- Apple
10:10 PM- Tea, Sour Cream and Chive Mini Rice Cakes
11:05 PM- 2 Plums
11:45 PM- 2 Chocolate Oatmeal Biscuits

Was starving all evening! I am seeing the sweets really creeping back in. I keep justifying it to myself by saying it is because I am stressed. Need to find a better way to deal with the nervous energy. I feel like I need to be doing something, but there is nothing I can do, so I eat. I know that makes no sense...but it's what happens.

10:45 AM- 1 Cup Cereal with Milk
12:50 PM- 1/2 Dolphin Lunchtime Special
4:25 PM- 2 Pepperonis, Plum
4:55 PM- Sweet Chilli Mini Rice Cakes
5:20 PM- Caramel Freddo, Gummy Candies
6:35 PM- Fairy Cake
7:05 PM- Stuffing
10:00 PM- Lemon Meringue with Ice Cream
Throughout the Day: 1.5 Litres of Water, 0.5 Litres of Diet Coke

Add various instances of licking the frosting from the knife in there...but....look mom...no Doritos!!! I would be a lot more thrilled about that if the above didn't look so awful. The one thing I can say is that for the most part today I ate when I was actually hungry...I didn't make wise choices, but at least I wasn't just eating to fill the time and relieve stress.

Kimby! That's a great thing-eating when you're hungry. Despite what we do sometimes chose to eat, just eating when we're hungry helps keep down the cravings. Proud of you sis! Keep up the good work!

God Bless you
