Testimony of freedom
Posted: Tue Mar 26, 2013 9:51 amIt has been quite a while since I have posted anything in this part of the forum but I felt I should. I want to share A praise and testimony of what the Lord has done as it is for real this time and not my own self will power.
As you all may have known, I been deep in addiction for many many years, I have tried and tried and tried to get free only going deeper in sin and disobedience to the LOrd, I was trying with my will power and trying to stop but it never did I always went back. Well around March 10 of this year I bought a book from A.W. Tozer called the crucified life, I felt I really needed to crucify this and everything on the altar and get it under the blood, nailed to the cross. I have not fallen into temptation at all since then, still working on my thoughts as casting them down and trying to get good thoughts I know that will take time but I stand on Gods Word and what it says in 2 cor 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every though to the obedience of Christ!
That is why I am forgivenN free and Just wanna testify for What HE is doing in this life.
