Healthy eating

Is there anyone out there who eats a good diet? I'm not talking "I only eat fast food *HappyMeal* once a day instead of three times" kind of healthy diet. I mean, homemade meals, juicing, lots of veggies *Apple* *TreeDance* and fruits and whole grains? I have not been eating as well as I used to, am gaining back the weight I lost and would love to encourage someone else as they encourage me to eat as if I am taking care of God's temple! I also need to get back to exercise again. Any one out there who runs, *KeepOnWalkin* rebounds *run* or lifts weights? I need a cheering section! *Cheer* And would been one back at ya! Stress causes me to ignore my health and we have had so much in the last year at our house (good and bad!) but now I need and want to get my life back under control.
Any takers?

I would be happy to learn how to eat healthy and exercise more. I need to lose quite a bit of weight and need to exercise. I would love to cheer you on and help you as you help me. If this is acceptable to you please let me know. Let me know also how I can be of help. I can't wait to hear from you. *Clap* *Cheer2*

A little over a year ago I was having major stomach pains after eating with no relief, doctors diagnosed me with Chronic Gastritis and put me on some meds and it did help after about five months. However, I don't like meds cuz that's how I developed this dreadful disease. Decided doing things naturally so I gave them up and I had to change my eating plan. I have to eat healthy natural foods without high fat content and acidity. I eat alot of Potato Soup, Basil/Soy Chicken breast with cooked fresh mushrooms, tortilla chips with cumin flavored turkey burger, venison, milled flax for breakfast and etc. Store bought bread makes me sick so now I am able to eat bread because I'm making it homemade! I wouldn't mind swapping recipes if you're interested. Oh, I lost about 10 lbs. quickly and wasn't trying, actually had to regain some of that weight back. The only thing about what I am doing that might seem an impossibilty especially when were so used to fast foods is I have to cook everything that I eat except fruit and some veggies. So you have to be prepared by having foods already made or easy to make so that you don't grab the fast food.

I always have plain rice cakes (organic if u can) on hand, a super tasty, sweet and gluten free, natural granola, bananas, 100% fruit juice smoothie and homemade yogurt. Ok, I'm hungry now!

In Christ,
Shan
