Our Body....His Temple
Posted: Sat Feb 26, 2011 5:41 amBren! I am SOOOO EXCITED for this program! One being, I've been on the weight loss roller-coaster most of my adult life. And Two, because it's much easier to be on the same wave-length with others who're going through the same thing.
The Lord has really been speaking to me about losing weight, and keeping it off.
The older we get, the harder it is to lose weight, but if we follow a sensible plan and His plan for us...the journey will be an easier one.
I would like to think that this time will help me be successful on my weight loss journey....Having Him involved in this weight-loss walk will only strengthen my daily walk with Him. It's a 100% "win-win" situation!
