This forum is for those souls 18 years and older who are dealing with some type of addictive behavior whether it be from alcohol, drugs, overeating, fear, worry, sex, etc. Only with help and guidance from God can we ever hope to overcome these addictions. What is impossible for us to do IS POSSIBLE with God. Friends and family of those stricken with addictions are welcome to share as this problem affects more than just the soul entangled in its web.

Stepping Stone #10

Today in Stepping Stone #10 in the Christianity Christian Counseling program, I learned how to prayer effectively. I learned that God always answers prayer. However, God's answers are either yes, no or not now because God knows best.

I also learned that I am to pray whatever I ask for in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that God would be glorified in the Son; believing that whatever I ask for in the name of Jesus Christ I will receive according to his will. I must praise God and thank him in advance believing that what I ask for is on it's way.
