56 days!

I've got 56 days today, woo hoo! it's still not easy, but I don't think that's part of the process, "we didn't become addicted in one day, so remember, easy does it!" learning to live one day at a time, opened up to a couple more people close to me about my depression, it was REALLY difficult to do, but I feel sooooo much better having done it, and they were lots more understanding and accepting than I thought would happen, MAYBE starting to see a little bit of light at the end of this long, dark, lonely tunnel.
