11 1 tbsp brazil nut butter - i just made myself :) slice taco flatbread, water with frozen berries

steam cleaned downstairs living room
3 oatmeal

sorta!!!!! *hug* I enjoy reading your posts, sis! And your asking Him when/what you eat is awesome! Nice letting someone else "take the wheel", huh. :)

God's been really speaking to my heart in regards to what I'm eating, because the past 3 weeks I've not been doing well with my program at all, and have been sleeping a LOT....So this morning, despite only having a few hours sleep I got up early and got myself back on my program-I seemed to have forgotten in order to fuel the fire in my body, I had to eat properly(or what's been working for me)again.

By the way.....when you're through steam-cleaning your place, I've got a couple of couches here that could use a lil' steam cleaning themselves.....I'll be looking for you around noon, okay? rofl

dont ya wish we all had personal jet planes (harriers would get rid of the need for runways, too rofl )and we could just buzz around to each other's homes whenever? id be glad to do yer couches daisy *Clap*

havent posted in a while cuz...well same thing every day basically. different times for diff foods but basically eating the same. brown rice, quinoa, fruit, veggies. no meat, no leavened bread, no sweeteners, no caffeine/chemicals. yanno what? not missin it *BigGrin*
