Goodmorning *sleepwalk* ( well at least it's morning for me),

*HairBlowdry* I gotta get ready to go to work. Yes, I work nights. Usually by the end of the night I am *Crawl* crawling for the coffee or anything to keep me from acting like a *donkey*!!!!

Tonight I will be *ReadBible* before I go to work. *Doh* One would think I would be more consistent about doing this first every morning before I go to work and go to bed. Alas, I have gotten out of the habit. Thank goodness, I can always start over ;) .

Which by the way is my most favorite parenting skill that God taught me. Just start over!!! I never knew. I always thought self-condemnation was the only way to get past the bad habits. Heck that doesn't help anything. Praise God for GOD!!!!! :) :) :) :)

So, off I go to deal with *Monkey* (myself and all my colleagues) at work.

*hug5* everyone,
whisp

OBTW, I will report back in the morning whether I was able to keep my mouth *Zip* !!!! I really hope so, I haven't been representing Christ's character well at all.

Hey whispering, you are so cute today with all the smilies. Made me smile for sure.

Learning to tame the tongue is something that I had to learn as well. I used to be one who would pretty much speak my mind...without much thought to how I said things. Over time and following in the Lord's example, I have become much more considerate of others and speak to them as I would want to be spoken to. It's really made a difference.

Have a good night at work sis.

luv ya

*Sherlock*

Hi everyone,

Well, thank goodness, I survived lastnight without being too much of a *donkey*.

I still had problems representing Christ well, however, I will keep trying*Halo*.

You know some days, I just want to *fishslap*, or *PieInFace* or at least to my colleagues. Honestly some of the things we complain about are ludicrious.

I well, I'll just keep doing this *hug5* and this *Zip* in an effort to maintain *Peace*.

I luv all of u much. Thanks as always,
whisp

Just remember progress not perfection...keep striving...with each day you are able to maintain your tongue...that's one more day you can say you have made progress.

Hope you have an awesome day with Jesus sis.

luv ya

Peace went out the window.

I didn't stay "in my square" as they teach me in alanon/recovery group.

I did act like the donkey.

Back to talk to the darn boss again.!!!!!! :(

Lord, please *help* . I honestly do hate having aspergers everyone. I get into more trouble and have more issues than you can possibly imagine. I just have absolutely no clue when it comes to social skills. And often it isn't even that I say something wrong. I have the wrong non-berbal or something.

Then guess what, I discovered that the people who accused me of creating a hostile environment - because I confronted her about writing me up - that person pushed another work colleague!!!! Why? because she didn't want to do her job and it was a big issue that she was choosing to ignore. And she wrote me up for something small that I had permission to go to her department and fix the problem.

If you ever see a picture of some woman with her lips wired shut saying she supports body alteration, please don't laugh. It is me, I'm getting desperate!!!!!

Awww sis *hug* I'm sorry to hear that this has happened..but don't let it get ya down. Take this as a learning experience...and find ways to help you keep your cool. We have this stress ball thing here at work and when you squeeze it is says "Calm down...take it easssey" It really helps to break a tense atmosphere and remind us that it's not worth getting all upset over...that it will pass if we just calm down.

It's gonna be ok sis.

luv ya

mlg thank you for your reply.

I really do need to learn to stay in my own box and stay away from other people's insanity but that honestly isn't my personality and I don't know how to do this. You are right this is a learning experience.

I've never worked full-time for a long extended period of time. I've only worked part-time for many years. I have no idea how to navigate this situation, but I am open to learning. Whether I get "talked to or not", I will learn. Christ learned from the things He suffered. I can too.

Going to work tonight. luv ya much everyone,

How to navigate these situations is to not respond before counting to at least 10...and then checking your response before you respond. I work as a manager of a place where the customers aren't always the kindest...but in turn I have to be kind no matter how they are acting...I've learned to really take a pause before replying...and if I feel myself acting negatively...I step back and excuse myself and say I'll be right back. Best to step away, and calm down than to keep going at them head on...because when you do this...you base your words off of reaction...and that is never a situation you want to be in.

Ok, that's just some of what I do sis...find what works best for you. :)

luv ya bunches *hug*

Last night was very :( . One of my colleagues was very unkind to our evening supervisor *donkey*. I was amazed. I couldn't believe my colleague would treat someone like that. *Eyebrow* No wonder people don't want to work for my current employer.

Our supervisor was distracted last night. Yet no one asked them what was wrong. I did and learned that they had to put their pet to sleep either yesterday or the day before. My supervisor was grieving. It was sad to watch. How can people be so selfish an disturbed emotionally to only focus on their own troubles and dishonor another human. ???

God was wonderful to me, though. I worked more on keeping my lips *Zip*. and I am getting better at it with practice. *ThumbsUp*

Well, gotta go for now.

mlg, thank you for the advice. I will see if I can incorporate it into my current situations.

sincserely,

whisp

Whispering that was so very kind of you to ask your supervisor if they were ok. I have a secretary who does this for me. She is so considerate of whatever is going on and offers the best advice. Glad you were there for your supervisor to talk with. My prayers will be with them that God may bring them comfort and peace.

So you worked on taming your tongue huh? So very proud of you sis *hug* Keep with it.

luv ya
