A Lil Help For Real

Hello,
I'm an old timer here and I'm a recovering alcoholic/drug addict.
I am humbling asking for prayer as my wife's work takes her out of town all next week and leaves me and my 2 dogs here alone.
I write this as to one way of making myself accountable and maybe a few of you will say a little prayer for me lead the straight and narrow while she is gone.
I say this because several years ago she went on a out of trip only to come home and found me in jail after getting a DUI.
We alcoholics know how our minds can work and we need to share and be HONEST about the "NOW".
I just do not want to slip as it can happen to anyone.
I'm working a program and staying Spiritual. TODAY.
I want to thank those who read and say a lil prayer for me. There is Power in Prayer.

1 Chronicles 16:11 Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Mark 10:52 And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way.

Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

Romans 5:5 and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
