confession and prayer

This forum is for those souls 18 years and older who are dealing with some type of addictive behavior whether it be from alcohol, drugs, overeating, fear, worry, sex, etc. Only with help and guidance from God can we ever hope to overcome these addictions. What is impossible for us to do IS POSSIBLE with God. Friends and family of those stricken with addictions are welcome to share as this problem affects more than just the soul entangled in its web.

confession and prayer

HI All,

I hope you all are having a wonderful day in Christ Jesus! I am new to this forum and I just wanted to post a request. I know that God says is His word that if we confess our sins to each other and pray for each other we will be healed. I prayed and asked God for forgiveness for the sin of lust toward another believer. I didn't recognize it at first, but I called out to God and asked him to deliver me. Father, forgive me for what I have done. I repent of the times I have lusted after my brother in Christ. Please pray for me that God would deliver me completely from this.
