I would like to congratulate you on completion of the 14 day COOL Counseling program. I have read your posts and observed your progress.

People with addictions have to learn to surrender to them and admit complete defeat in order to allow God to heal and put you back onto the right road to being complete in Him daily. Willpower is to of no avail. We have to allow God's power to work in and through us on a daily basis.

Be advised that Satan will try to sidetrack you in the weakest areas of your life. We are here for you and we do not judge or condemn because we too have done things in our past that we are not proud of.

When one starts expressing their feelings and dilemmas, as you have done, you have humbled yourself and sought help. This is what I had to do too. People such as you is why I am here today. Your posts brought joy to my heart knowing that God was at work in you.

Whenever you feel tempted or feel a need to express yourself, please come to this site to share in a forum and with someone to help you through the crisis. God does for us what we can't do for ourselves. He also wants us to grow in Him and allow Him to reveal His unconditional love and forgiveness for us.

I too believe that God opened a door for you to find the Oasis and am honored to have had the opportunity to help in the small way that I did through Him. I take no credit. Maybe, someday in the near future, you will be able to help someone with a problem as you have admitted having.

Stay in His Word and stay close to Him DAILY. Stay focused on Him and try to die to your will and ask that His will be done in your life. Then peace and joy will start slowly flowing into your mind and heart.

Please keep me posted from time to time of how you are doing even if you fall. And if you fall, pick yourself up and start fresh again through His forgiveness. If you need any of us here, please PM or find one of the staff in the chat room.

Keep fighting the good fight and yes going back and meditating on that which has been learned is always a good thing in recovery. Helps to strengthen our armor against Satan and to remind us who we surrendered our Lives to and who keeps us under His wing always IF we choose to stay focused on Him...

It is not always easy, but so worth it my sis I think you will find And keep coming back here to Oasis! I hope to get a chance to talk to you more in the future and hope to see you in gathering...
