Everything in God's world is right on time. This step was about Unity in the body of Christ, about living in "one accord."
I've been serving in a very small church for the last 3 yrs and just two weeks ago gave notice that I wanted to leave the Worship Team I've been serving on and consider looking for a new church. This was conveyed sincerely and respectfully to Pastor. The pastor was very understanding and supportive of my decision.

So in this lesson I was reminded how everybody gets to be different and that includes people that don't meet "expectations" for how I think they are supposed to be. It was a good time for me to hear the message of unity as at times I've engaged in sinful judgments of people at the church....I wrote about this last night. I prayed and repented of my sin. We went back to the little church today and were blessed by the service.

Step 12 -Unity in Christ is a constant goal we all need reminding about. Your church experience shows unity as brethren in Christ to worship our King together and overlook despite the past or personal desires. I am reminded to PRAY without ceasing and strive daily for unity...esp. when satan would love dissention amongst brethren! Let's be united in praying with Jesus inJn. 17 : 15 & 21- praying that for all believers w. HIM.till He returns. To God be the glory.
