Its not a cache or disk clean up issue. all three caches have been cleaned and get cleaned quite a lot. I even went into my security center and cleaned the cache there which was a first. I think this is totally a windows security issue because it totally blocks chat and wont allow because it is an unknown publisher (the site) and i dont know how to fix that. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

You might need to change your security settings, you can do this through the control panel on your computer. Go to internet security and settings. Sometimes if you have a firewall it will block access to certain sites, you may need to check this also. Just some thoughts. Have a blessed day.
