If for those who are doing this program, which I completed, but am having trouble applying to my daily life. What is the one thing you would recommend as the thing you learned about this program? Maybe then I will apply it to my life.

Hi Dana....I learned that our walk with Christ is a daily walk....and sometimes it is an hourly walk....depending on how much temptation and trials we may face at a time. Some days are easy days....but some days are very hard days....it's on the hard days we have to seek the Lord even more....and this may mean hourly....

Hang in there and keep your eyes on the Lord....He loves you.

So, you're basically saying that my walk is a daily, but sometimes hourly walk. I feel sometimes feel like it's a minute by minute walk. It always seems like it's hard to walk with the Lord when I'm angry or thinking about things I shouldn't. He will always love me no matter what.

Yep you are right sometimes it can even be minute by minute...one of the things that I have found that helps me during times of emotional turmoil, whether it be anger, sadness, fear, temptation, etc. is to sing a Christian song or to pray. Often singing will help me refocus my thoughts when Satan is trying his best to use them against me. I know this walk isn't easy...but it is possible with Jesus as your guide...

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Take care
