Stepping Stone 8

Took a day off yesterday to have a meltdown--no recovery work, no prayer; just felt overwhelmed with fatigue and resorted to overeating (which I've not done much of until starting this process!). Thankfully, I'm back at it today. I feel God's love and forgiveness--no condemnation, so something must be sinking in. Had a very busy and rewarding volunteer shift at the hospital.
