Stepping Stone Three

I have read about Grace today, and I went to church tonight and we spoke about Grace during the sermon.
Often times, I have thought about the potency of Christ's blood that He shed. One tiny portion of a smidgen of a droplet was powerful enough to cover not only all the sins I previously committed, but all the sins I will ever commit AND the past, present & future sins of many many other people as well.
God extends that Grace to me, to us in His word when He said in Romans 8:38-39, "38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
I have a hard time forgiving myself, especially when I feel that I didn't try hard enough to overcome, or that I didn't take the route of escape that God provided and instead I wallowed in my sin, even enjoying that sin.
I am going to try to remember that each day starts anew and God's Mercies start afresh every morning.
I wish you God's blessings~
Your new sister in Christ.
