Day 8

Postby jimf » Tue Oct 09, 2012 7:53 pm

A long work day but a good day. Kinda tired, but the truths that I've recieved have been a blessing. You cannot stop the devil from tempting with thoughts, but I can choose whether or not I accept them. It's said that a good offense is the best defense, taking an active approach to my thought life. Don't wait to get attacked, I need to aggressively seek good thoughts (seeds) to plant in my garden. I can and will choose what grows and I can and will choose to the best of my ability to keep my garden weed free. BIG WORDS AND BIG GOALS, I'm really going to need prayer.

Hello Jimf :)

God bless you this day.

Amen! Amen!! Amen!!!

Those thoughts are not our sin -- only if we act on them, do they become our sin.

Some days can be quite wearisome, deflecting and flicking negative thoughts, but well worth the effort. A good reminder to put on the full armour of God.

Prayers continue to rise to our Lord in the name of Jesus, on your behalf. May God's blessed will be done.

God bless and keep you.
In Christ Jesus' love,
Sister Mack
