Day 13

The big news for day 13 is I haven't had a cigarette today!!! I feel like crawling out of my skin right now BUT I haven't had a cigarette. Well I'm still dealing with the sleep thing, went to bed early only to wake up after midnight. Used the time well though so I worked on step 9. It's funny too because a lot of what they were talking about I'm already doing. Have all kinds of quotes from the bible around my computer desk, Cross on the wall, picture of Christ, been playing Christian music, & listening to messages. Lately when I do watch TV it's usually Christian TV. WOW, what a change from the things I was doing before!!! Then early this afternoon I worked on step 10 & learned more about prayer. Well by day 17 I'll be up to 14 :) I guess it's better than jumping ahead. For once in my life I'm taking my time.
